The Team clock: linking a phone and clocking in

Add your team, link each worker's phone once, print the property's Clock QR, check presses are made at the property, and read hours by pay period.

Anfigo Team (team.anfigo.com) is the manager's page. Your team clocks in and out on their own phone, in the browser. There is no app to install and no device on the wall, only a printed QR card.

1. Add each worker

  1. In Anfigo Team, open People and press Add a worker.
  2. Write their name and their WhatsApp number with the country code.
  3. Choose Team or Manager, their role and their home unit, where their shifts go.
  4. Set their pay if you want it on file (monthly, per day, per shift or per hour), then press Save.

People your team tagged Team or Manager in Customer Service wait at the top of People, under Waiting to be added. If your property has a manager PIN, making someone a Manager asks for it.

2. Link the worker's phone

A phone is linked once. After that, the clock opens on it as that worker. There are two ways.

3. Print the Clock QR

Clock QR holds one card for the whole property. Press Print or Download PDF and put it where the team starts work. A worker scans it with their linked phone and presses Start shift or End shift.

Each property has its own card. A phone on another property's team cannot clock with it. A shift goes to the worker's home unit; with more than one unit, the page lets them choose another one for that day.

4. Check presses are made at the property

In Rules, under The property's location, save where the property is. Stand at the property with a phone and press Use this device's location, or paste the coordinates from Google Maps and press Save. A press counts as at the property within 150 metres unless you change the distance.

Anfigo never keeps a worker's location, only how far from the property each press was. With no location saved, presses are not checked.

5. Hours, by pay period

Hours shows every shift of the pay period, one column per person, then each person's hours and overtime. You set the pay period in Rules: every week, twice a month (the 1st to the 15th, and the 16th to the end) or once a month. It is twice a month until you change it.

Overtime counts past the normal hours of a day and of a week (8 and 48 until you change them in Rules), for people whose pay counts overtime. These are your numbers: check them against your country's labour law.

Fixing a shift

A new phone, or someone who leaves

Open the clock the same way every time. From the home-screen icon or a normal browser tab. A Private or Incognito tab forgets the link, and the phone has to be linked again.
