Connecting Cloudbeds

What syncs from your PMS, how the connection is set up, and how bookings flow back into Cloudbeds.

With Cloudbeds connected, Anfigo answers from your real data: it quotes the actual price for the actual dates, offers alternatives when you're sold out, and — if you allow it — creates real reservations. Leer en español.

Setting it up

During early access we connect Cloudbeds together with you — a guided step of about 10 minutes using your Cloudbeds API credentials. You stay in your own Cloudbeds account; nothing moves.

What syncs

Room types & rates — live availability and prices for the dates a guest asks about.
Reservations — bookings made in the chat are created in Cloudbeds; changes in Cloudbeds flow back so Anfigo always knows a guest's stay status (lead, booked, paid, in-house, checked out).
Guest details — names and stay dates, so the AI greets returning guests properly.

How a chat becomes a booking

A guest asks about dates; Anfigo checks live availability and quotes the room and rate.
The guest says yes; Anfigo sends a payment link (if payments are connected).
When the guest pays, Anfigo records it and the booking moves on as your AI rules say. Your team sees every step in the chat, and what a person does in Cloudbeds always wins.

Sold out? Anfigo automatically offers the nearest available dates instead of a dead end.

Disconnecting and your data

You can disconnect Cloudbeds at any time. Anfigo then stops reading and writing your property, and the data it read from Cloudbeds is deleted within 10 days of the end of your subscription or on request (Privacy Policy, DPA). Anfigo is an independent company and is not part of Cloudbeds.
