Taking payments in the chat
Connect Recurrente and let guests pay for their booking without leaving WhatsApp.
With payments connected, "I'll take it" turns into a paid, confirmed booking inside the conversation.
Connecting Recurrente
- In the onboarding quiz (or Integrations → Payments), choose Recurrente and paste your API key from your Recurrente account.
- Press Test & save — Anfigo verifies the key before storing it.
- Copy the webhook address shown in the dashboard into your Recurrente webhook settings, so payment confirmations reach Anfigo instantly.
How guests pay
- Anfigo quotes a room and the guest confirms.
- A secure Recurrente payment link is sent in the chat — the guest pays by card in their browser.
- When the payment lands, Anfigo records it on the booking and tells the guest in the chat; what happens next — confirming the booking or leaving it to your team — follows your AI rules.
