Beyond answering, Anfigo can send a small set of proactive messages — every one of them controlled by you from the dashboard, off by default.

Around the stay

Messages tied to a booking — for example a confirmation, a note before arrival, a welcome on check-in, or a thank-you after check-out. Each is written once and sent in every guest's own language.

The Auto-messages section of the dashboard lists every message type with its own on/off switch and timing, so you decide exactly what your hotel sends proactively.
